Bio
Sammy Deeb serves as the Founder, Managing Broker, and Chief Executive Officer of MHP Brokerage, a Commercial Real Estate Firm with over 20 associates and locations in three states. Sammy embarked on his Commercial Investment Sales brokerage career in 2018 at SVN Commercial and dove in head first the week he graduated from the University of Arizona. Sammy was able to generate his first commercial listing during his first week on the job by cold calling an owner; the property was a $425,000 vacant Winchell’s Donuts in Long Beach, CA. Since starting his career in Commercial Real Estate, Sammy has been directly involved in the successful sale of an excess of half a billion in transaction volume. During his first two years in the business, Sammy successfully sold several properties ranging from Multi-Family, Car Washes, Gas Stations, Industrial, Retail, and land. While pursuing Multi-Family opportunities in Colorado in 2019, Sammy stumbled upon a 110-lot manufactured home community in Colorado Springs, which the seller was interested in selling. To keep a long story short, from that moment on, Sammy fell in love with the asset class and shifted his gears to manufactured housing. Sammy got his first MH listing in 2020 whilst at Delta Group LLC, a firm he Co-Founded. The listing was a 13-park portfolio spread across various states. In January 2022, Sammy left the firm he previously co-founded to begin MHP Brokerage with his team of 5 associates. Since then, the firm has expanded into three states, and the team has grown to a team north of 20 associates. While growing rapidly, the most important thing to Sammy and the team at MHP is to maintain the mission and culture behind the firm, which is simply going the extra mile for our clients no matter the circumstances and exerting more horsepower in everything we do. This has ultimately enabled us to grow as a company and exponentially in terms of the volume we sell and inspires us to keep adding horsepower to the motor, day in and day out. We look forward to doing business with you.
