Samantha Le brings over 11 years of sales and marketing experience, specializing in real estate, to her role as Associate, Retail Advisor at Martin Commercial Properties. She is skilled and experienced in LOIs, RFPs, lease negotiations, and coordinating with all necessary parties including attorneys, property managers, construction managers, and government officials.
Raised in Lansing, Michigan, Samantha has a familiarity and understanding of the local and regional market. She returned home from Chicago in early 2020 to be more involved in her community. Samantha is eager to take all that she has learned in a larger market and translate it here in Mid-Michigan. This will further her personal goal of fostering economic development in Lansing, making Mid-Michigan a thriving region for new business. Samantha joined Martin’s retail brokerage team, led by Carson Patten, in September of 2022 after five years as a commercial broker in the Chicagoland market.
