Samantha grew up in the Commercial Real Estate business and is a proud 3rd generation family member. Her grandfather, father, and uncle started Kerbler Builders over 40 years ago then added Kerbler Properties and Kerbler Farms. Over the last 15 years her family has been developing their 288-acre farm into multi-use development project located on Rt 23 in Lewis Center, OH. This project includes commercial, residential, industrial sites, as well as the new Home Rd. extension.
Sam is a 2nd generation graduate from Bishop Watterson High School, studied Early Childhood Development at the University of Cincinnati, became Certified in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University in 2009, Certified as a Personal Trainer in 2011 from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, then attended The Hondros College of Business for her Real Estate license. She previously held positions as Head of the Small Group Training Department at Anytime Fitness, Lead Pre-K teacher at St. Vincent de Paul School, then later the Director of the Preschool and Pre-K program at St. Vincent de Paul School.
Sam, her husband, and 2 boys moved to the Granville area a year ago from Apple Valley Lake so their boys could attend Newark Catholic High School.
