As a Commercial Leasing Manager, Samantha builds relationships with tenants and new customers to set them up for a successful leasing experience, from initial conversations and through the entire process of renting and lease renewal. Samantha finds great satisfaction in collaborating closely with customers to identify their unique needs and partner on solutions to create the ideal space for their businesses to thrive.
With a background in commercial real estate brokerage, Samantha joined the Fenton team in 2021, excited to expand her knowledge and expertise in the industry. She loves being empowered to take on new challenges as she grows in her role. Samantha has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Chico. In her free time, she stays active by playing beach volleyball, traveling, exploring North County San Diego, and going to concerts.
