As Executive Vice President of the Leasing Team at Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc- Mr. Yourman manages the Healthcare Advisors and Retail Advisors divisions. He specializes in advising clients in their nationwide expansion efforts, transaction management, and analyzing their portfolios to ensure they are maximizing the value of their products and services and overall business strategy.
Sam’s ability to acquire an in depth understanding and execute his client’s aspirations has led to his rapid rise within the leasing industry. In a short time Sam facilitated over $350 million in leasing transactions he has also been the exclusive agent of some of the most well-known retail brands in America. Sam prides himself on his ability to work with larger corporations as well as individual business looking to initiate their initial expansion efforts.
Prior to joining Quantum in 2020, Sam worked at Epsteen & Associates where he developed an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the commercial real estate business. Sam has developed a comprehensive of demographics, psychographics and traffic patterns and how these factors impact his client’s business.
Sam is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he studied Political Science. He resides in Brentwood, California with his wife and son.
