Sam is an Associate with Colliers Chicago Office Advisory Group. He focuses his efforts on downtown Chicago tenant representation while tracking current market trends. He continues to build his practice through innovative real estate strategies that allow his clients to achieve key business objectives.
He works with a wide range of clients from early-stage start-ups to large corporations and provides a full suite of services including site selection, office acquisition/disposition, financial analysis and modelling, transaction negotiation, and transaction management.
Sam works alongside Chicago’s Principal of the Downtown Office, Tony Karmin, and Senior Vice President, Corby Marx.
