At a young age, Sam learned that a strong work ethic and drive is the only way to be truly successful. This was further instilled into him during his time of service in the United States Army. Now he is using the same lessons he was taught in the military, in the commercial real estate world. Sam is part of the Investment Sales Team at The Estes Group and handles Acquisitions/Dispositions of retail investment assets across the Southeast.
