Sam Kangavari serves as Senior Vice President with NAI Capital in West Los Angeles. He specializes in Retail Sales and Leasing and Tenant Representation in Los Angeles. Sam is skilled in all aspects of commercial real estate including lease negotiations, pre-leasing, site selection, underwriting, cost analysis and marketing.
Sam works closely with his clients to identify their real estate goals. He takes pride in his dedication, superior customer service and ability to solve complex problems to deliver results.
Sam has more than 15 years of experience in real estate. Prior to joining NAI Capital, he was senior vice president and a retail leasing specialist with Rosano Partners, where he was consistently deemed a top producer for eight consecutive years.
His market expertise, dedication and ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants have made him invaluable to his clients. Sam has experience working within the Hispanic community, with national retailers including WSS and medical/dental offices.
Sam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from California State University, Northridge.
