Understanding the multiple retailer market through his strong relationships has enabled Sam to deliver on a number of high profile UK deals. These have included a number of high profile Oxford Street deals for retailers such as JD Sports, Matalan, Currys and EE. He has dealt with close to 75% of the major retail administrations over the last fivw years including the likes of BHS, HMV and Blockbuster.
Sam is an Oxford Street specialist, with extensive experience in both development consultancy, asset management, leasing and retail advisory for both acquisitions and disposals. He provides thoughtful and challenging advice. Sam has demonstrated this market leading position through the benchmark record Zone A levels set on Oxford Street. He was the first agent to break through the £900 ZA level in 2014, £1,000 ZA in 2015 and most recently £1,100 ZA in 2017.
