Sam is an associate on the Industrial team for JLL Cleveland, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial, office and retail properties across Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. Prior to joining JLL, Sam worked in a similar role with Trinity Commercial Realty. Sam also worked in corporate finance for one of the world's largest fintech companies, FIS. Sam started out in the company's post graduate rotational program, working in various FP&A, pricing and strategy roles over a two-year period.
After finishing the program, Sam was promoted to a more senior analyst role where he supported three product management leaders. In this role, Sam worked closely with each leader to maximize performance in their respective P&L statements. Sam enjoys digging into the numbers, building financial models and working with others to drive efficiencies and improve returns.
Looking for a new challenge, Sam decided to pursue a career in commercial real estate. Sam's passion for commercial real estate, combined with his love for his hometown of Cleveland, makes Sam well-equipped to serve the needs of clients throughout Northeast Ohio and beyond.
