Sam Costello works in acquisitions, development, and leasing in the Leon Capital Group’s Charlotte office. Prior to joining Leon Capital, Sam worked for the German grocery store, Lidl, and was responsible for their real estate acquisitions in the eastern half of North Carolina, overseeing the commitment of over $250 million in capital. Sam holds an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor Degree in Politics from Ithaca College. Previously, Sam has worked on Capitol Hill in public policy, strategy consulting, and project finance.
