Sam is a Vice President at JDI Realty and is focused on sourcing both acquisition and lending opportunities. Before joining JDI, Sam helped grow a small Chicago-based boutique real estate investment company into a national group with multiple offices and assets in 10 states. Coming from a corporate office of five, Sam's repertoire of diverse skills includes in-depth knowledge of sales and acquisitions, investor and lender relations, operations, and property management.
Before completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, Sam moved to Israel and enlisted in the Israeli Defense Forces. He completed his active duty as a Sergeant in the infantry. Sam lives in Lakeview with his wife and daughter.
