Sal Yaldo is a Senior Director with Encore Real Estate Investment Services. He joined the company in 2021 specializing in the disposition and acquisition of single and multi-tenant investment properties nationally.
A native Michigander, Mr. Yaldo was born into a family proficient in the art of entrepreneurship. He began working in the cell phone industry in 2011. Quickly realizing he had more to offer, Sal made a career change and began working at a mortgage company in 2017. For the next five years, Yaldo was obliged to develop crucial business aptitudes. This set the tone for his career in real estate. Sal knew he enjoyed the retail and operational aspect of the industry; however, the transactional aspect of commercial real estate was always his innate passion.
Yaldo dove headfirst into the commercial real estate arena. During his tenure at Encore Real Estate Investment Services, he has learned to formulate thoughtful analyses of clients’ properties including market comparable and daily industry trends. Furthermore, he is regularly working with his senior mentors in order to prepare diamond standard marketing materials for exclusive property listing and promote qualified sellers.
