Sai Domanico’s emergence in the real estate industry started in 2017 upon graduating California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. Sai utilizes his unique background in industrial technology to give him a competitive advantage specific to life sciences and biotechnology. His expertise in space utilization are attributed to his proficiencies in supply chain management and process flow efficiencies, which were the focal point of his education in college. This forged a familiarity with a very specialized type of real estate including; production/manufacturing, research and development, and laboratory spaces.
