Bio
Recognized for her deep connection to and involvement with her community in the Monadnock region, Sadie Halliday is growing her real estate career at an exponential rate, with early-career milestones shattering expectations -- from being named Realtor of the Year in 2019 by the Contoocook Valley Board of Realtors and a consistent sales leader in New Hampshire’s Monadnock Region to selling out a 30-home new development community in Peterborough, NH. Sadie recently earned the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Million Dollar GUILD recognition for experience, knowledge, and expertise in million-dollar and above residential properties. She is also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, an exclusive group of real estate professionals who have completed The Institute’s training and have a proven performance in the upper-tier market.
Sadie prides herself on providing a top-notch experience for both buyers and sellers alike, focusing on the luxury residential home market and working with investors, developers, and new construction communities. Together with eXp Realty, Sadie’s able to remain focused on her number one priority: nurturing strong client relationships.
With a diverse background and a strong skill set, Sadie represents the future of real estate professionals in the Monadnock Region. Sadie entered real estate following a 15-year career in healthcare philanthropy and community relations at Monadnock Community Hospital. In addition, she helped new medical staff and hospital administrators in relocating to the Monadnock Region, skills and relationships that truly benefit her buyer and seller clients. Her undergraduate degree in management, MBA degree, and Master of Science in Healthcare Administration are all from New Hampshire institutions.
Sadie has managed extensive remodeling projects on her own homes. Sadie currently lives on a farm property in Sharon with her two daughters, Lucy and Sarah, and their menagerie of farm animals. She and her daughters enjoy spending time outside on their farm, kayaking, hiking, and traveling. Sadie also prioritizes serving her community as a board member of the Cheshire County 4-H Council and organizational leader of the Monadnock Mountaineers 4-H group. She is past president of both the Rindge Chamber of Commerce and Jaffrey Rindge Rotary Club, and a former trustee at The Cathedral of the Pines and Team Jaffrey.
