Saad Yehia is an Associate in the Toronto office specializing in Commercial Office with his focus on the downtown core of Toronto. Saad is also an experienced real estate investor and manages his own properties. Saad has worked directly with building developers and owners, using selling techniques ranging from direct relations through hosting large real estate seminars. Currently Saad is part of the top Commercial Office real estate team within Marcus & Millichap’s Toronto Office.
Saad has been a licensed Broker for a number of years and has achieved the top office producer award at his previous national firm. His interest in real estate came at a very early age. Before embarking on a career in real estate, Saad started and sold businesses. Two businesses he started and sold are still operating today. He has always been an entrepreneur at heart and has been groomed by a family of entrepreneurs.
