Ryan Semmelmeyer is a Retail Consultant for Main Street Property Services, Inc., working as part of the Leasing Team to develop and maintain relationships with local, regional, and national retailers and restaurants for Main Street Property Services' projects throughout Northern California. Mr. Semmelmeyer's primary focus is to establish the best possible merchandising mix so that the properties are responsive to both the customers' desires and the needs of the tenants. He works to increase the quality of tenants, and thus, the property values, by focusing on recruiting specialty retailers and employing the optimal tenant mix. Mr. Semmelmeyer's retail expertise results in the successful leasing and transformation of Main Street Property Services' projects into unique lifestyle village establishments that will maximize the client return on investment, while creating a profitable experience for the project's specialty retailers and restaurants.
Mr. Semmelmeyer leverages his extensive knowledge of the trade area, including up-to-date information on all retail activity, in order to institute a superior mix of tenants that best represents the area's needs. Mr. Semmelmeyer prides himself on the relationships with property owners and developers throughout the Bay Area, including JCM Partners, Branagh Development, The Andrews Family Trust, Blake Hunt Ventures, and Napa Resources. With Retail and Property Management experience, Mr. Semmelmeyer's dedication and care for his clients has earned him a reputation as a trusted Retail Real Estate Consultant.
Mr. Semmelmeyer attended California State University, Chico and studied Business Marketing. Mr. Semmelmeyer is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
