Ryan Rothstein-Serling joined Marcus & Millichap’s Encino Office in 2014 as a full-time Investment Sales Associate. The combination of his background, strong work ethic, and competitive nature has allowed him to excel in his market and become a Commercial Real Estate Specialist throughout Los Angeles County. This specialization, along with the team’s extensive experience enables Ryan to build lasting relationships with local property owners and fulfill the needs of all of his clients. In 2016, Ryan closed more than $60 Million in sales, received Senior Associate status and was later promoted to Partner of the Agnew | Serling Group. Ryan and his business partner, Martin Agnew, now manage and mentor a team of 9 agents and staff. Collectively, the team has closed more than $500 Million in sales spanned over more than 250 transactions since inception. Ryan received Marcus & Millichap’s Sales Recognition Award in 2016, 2017, 2019 and was promoted to Vice President Investments in May of 2020 and First Vice President Investments in November of 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan worked in the Commercial Real Estate Management Department at Charles Dunn Real Estate Services, Inc., a full-service brokerage company. While at Charles Dunn, Ryan was responsible for the management of over 5 million square-feet of industrial, office, and retail properties. The tools he gained in property management, paired with his personal experience as an investment property owner himself, provides him with expert insight and unique understanding when working with clients. Additionally, Ryan has refined his financial underwriting skills while working for Lone Oak Fund, LLC, a direct portfolio lender focused on short-term bridge loans secured by California Real Estate. Ryan graduated from Ithaca College with Honors, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Management, as well as a minor in Economics.
