Ryan started his real estate career in 2006 with one of Canada's largest commercial real estate brokerages where he quickly gained recognition and was awarded Rookie of the Year. He was mentored by one of the Toronto's most successful and respected leaders in urban Toronto leasing and continued to work with him until Ryan joined Paracom. Ryan had the opportunity to work on transactions that involved blue chip companies and not for profit organizations including Loyalty One (Air Miles), PI Financial, National Bank, Liberty Media, Canaccord Genuity, Prostate Cancer Canada and Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. On the Landlord side, Ryan has completed leases with private individuals and some of the country's largest landlords including Adgar Properties, Allied REIT, Brookfield, Blackstone, Cadillac Fairview, Dundee REIT, GWL Realty, Morguard, Oxford, Slate Properties, and WTF Group. While his initial focus was on leasing, Ryan had the opportunity to be directly involved in investment transactions that were, user, investor and/or development orientated. The exposure and experience gained early on his career make Ryan uniquely qualified to provide advice to his clients whether they be tenant, landlord or investor. Ryan is particularly effective in helping his clients identify and understand their needs and priorities and tailoring opportunities and solutions for them. In an effort to focus on his clients and deliver the quality of service they deserve, Ryan joined Paracom in the fall 2011. Based out of the Bloor-Yorkville office, Ryan will continue to concentrate his efforts on all aspects of the urban commercial real estate market. He looks forward to spending more time on new retail leasing and investment opportunities while continuing to service his existing client base.
