Ryan Moen is a Principal and Co-Founder of Versa Real Estate Services, a commercial real estate brokerage company in Chicagoland. Versa Real Estate Services focuses on representing property owners, investors and businesses with their real estate needs. Whether investing, leasing, or occupying buildings, Ryan aims to provide the utmost transparency to his clients, adapt to the changing needs of the industry and provide expert advice based on his 20+ year track record in commercial real estate. Prior to starting Versa RES, Ryan was a managing director for Bradford Allen where he conducted hundreds of transactions for entrepreneurial to institutional property owners, investors and businesses throughout the Chicagoland and on a national level. Before Bradford Allen, he was employed by a national retail redevelopment firm, Tri-Land Properties, where his responsibilities included acquisitions, capital raising, and leasing a national 2,500,000 square foot retail portfolio. He began his career with Oak Brook Bank (now Fifth Third Bank) as a real estate analyst and portfolio manager. Ryan is a licensed Managing Broker in the State of Illinois and is a member of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), a global real estate professional network of 3,400 members serving 686 cities in 38 countries.
