Ryan Maltz, a 2005 graduate of Gettysburg College with a Degree in Economics, joined Greiner-Maltz in 2006. He focuses and continues to make a strong impact on the Brooklyn and Queens Industrial and Commercial markets. Over the course of his career, Ryan has negotiated more than 1.4 million square feet in transactions on behalf of his clients, with a total consideration exceeding $750 million. Ryan also represents locally an extensive roster of national and international tenants across various industry sectors and has transacted leases on behalf of La Perla Fashions, Oscar de la Renta, Herbalife International, Inc., Dycom, Elecnor Hawkeye Group, Ferguson, Wolseley, HD Supply, White Cap Construction Supplies, and Viking Supply Net.
