Ryan is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Tenant Services Group. He focuses on office and industrial projects from the perspective of the occupiers, helping clients to align their real estate with strategic business, financial, and operational objectives. Ryan has specialized in the financial and strategic analysis for many complicated headquarters and larger office transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ryan was a mechanical engineer conducting energy audits and designing energy conservation programs for clients ranging from multi-national industrial firms and local commercial businesses to non-profits and local school systems. He is a LEED Accredited Professional since 2003.
