Ryan was born and raised in Downey, California and now resides in Long Beach with his wife, Olivia, and their two daughters. He is a multi-family and 1031 exchange specialist in the firm's Long Beach office.
As a First Vice President Investments, he works with investment properties primarily in South LA & North Orange Counties, along with NNN properties nationwide. Ryan comes from a strong finance and investment background, which aids his real estate brokerage skills.
He is also responsible for providing clients with the latest information and research in their specific markets, as well as handling various client services when the need arises, such as marketing, underwriting and the negotiation of transactions.

Prior to coming to Marcus & Millichap, he worked in sales for several years, and has also previously worked for other commercial real estate investment firms. Ryan is a member of the National Multi Housing group.
