Ryan joined Colliers in 2015, after five years
with Sunbeam Properties where he was
primarily responsible for marketing and
leasing at the 5 million square foot Miramar
Park of Commerce business park. During his
time with Sunbeam, Ryan helped successfully
negotiate more than 4.8 million square feet of
office, flex, industrial and retail leases.
Ryan received his Bachelors of Science
degree in Real Estate and Finance from
Florida State University and holds a Master in
Business Administration from Nova Southern
University.
