Bio
Ryan is a Pittsburgh native who started his career working in Finance at PPG. He worked in Cost Analysis at PPG’s largest manufacturing facility and then served as a Senior Internal Auditor, managing teams of 2 to 5 people to conduct full-scope audits in twenty-six locations across eleven countries and five continents. During his time at PPG, he completed my first real estate renovation project and decided that real estate was his life’s passion, which led him to pursue a graduate degree in real estate at Columbia University. After graduate school, he helped to found Crown Realty Advisors, which brokered off-market commercial transactions, and designed, implemented, and managed a process to manage and sell over $25MM in commercial and residential foreclosed assets for Ameris Bank, a publicly traded bank in the Southeast.
He began selling real estate in PA in 2010, where he was the youngest of Coldwell Banker’s top twenty-five agents. He has managed the complete renovation of twenty-two residential houses and apartments, which he currently owns and rents. He received a B.S. in Finance at Penn State University and earned a master’s in real estate development from Columbia University in New York City. His goal in all transactions is to always put the interests of our clients first and to treat their transactions as if they were our own. He specializes in putting together off-market transactions, and always try to know more about the market than his competitors
