Ryan Davis is an Associate in CBRE’s Central Valley Industrial group, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial and land properties in the California’s San Joaquin Valley spanning from Stockton to Bakersfield. Ryan, along with his partners Tom Davis, Bob Taylor and Daniel Davis provide the highest level of service to corporate occupiers and institutional and local owners, investors, and developers.
Ryan was born and raised in the Bay Area in Danville, CA. He attended Georgetown University, where he competed as a Division 1 Athlete for the Hoyas Baseball Team. After undergrad, Ryan returned to CA and attended the University of San Francisco where he earned his Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation while playing his final year of college baseball for the Dons.
