Bio
Ryan Causey focuses primarily on office and industrial
assets. Ryan assists his clients across multiple
transaction types to include landlord and tenant
representation, land acquisition for development,
investment analysis, and investment purchase and
sales. Ryan’s strengths include providing value for his
clients through a detail focused approach and quickly
responding to client needs throughout the real estate
process.
Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Ryan worked as a broker
for NAI Columbia specializing in office and industrial
sales and leasing. His previous experience also includes
sales and operations management, giving him a strong
understanding of the challenges business owners are
faced with daily.
Ryan is a graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, SC.
After graduating, Ryan served in the United States Army
and South Carolina Army National Guard to include one
tour to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring
Freedom from 2011-2012.
Ryan serves the City of Columbia and the midlands of
South Carolina through several roles outside of Trinity
Partners. Ryan is a member of the City of Columbia
Planning Commission, serves on the boards for both
Kiwanis Club of Columbia and The Salvation Army of
the Midlands. Ryan is also a member of the United Way
of the Midlands Toqueville Society and a Trade Division
Chairman for the 2022-2023 campaign.
