EXPERIENCE
Ryan Bertin joined Signature Associates in 2013. Prior to joining Signature, Ryan spent 8 years as a Senior Vice President at a Chicago-based real estate firm focused on global portfolio and transaction management services.
Ryan has worked in various account management capacities throughout his professional career, and at one time helped manage a corporate real estate portfolio totaling 70 million square feet in 50 countries. Ryan actively works in real estate markets locally, nationally and abroad with expertise ranging from office/industrial/R&D/land brokerage services to construction management and strategic consulting services.
Ryan has overall responsibility for Signature’s Corporate Services Division, which serves as a direct extension of various corporations to help them align real estate, facilities and workplace strategy with overall business objectives. Ryan prides himself on an unremitting focus on the client, and ability to develop creative yet pragmatic solutions to various client needs.
