Ryan Awolola is a Senior Associate with Skyview Advisors. Ryan joined the team with 5 years of experience representing retail commercial real estate clients. With over 17 years of experience in business development and contract negotiation, Ryan adds value to his clients by advising sellers based on current market conditions and providing real-time data gathered by hundreds of one-on-one conversations with property owners nationwide every week. Before joining Skyview, Ryan’s commercial real estate career began with Marcus & Millichap where he received the Pacesetters Award. Ryan was responsible for building relationships with developers, property owners, and REITS while representing both sellers and buyers. Before Marcus & Millichap, Ryan spent 8 years working on Wall Street in the securities and alternative lending industries. Ryan attended the College of Charleston, where he studied International Business with a minor in Finance.
