Ruthe Russell is a Virginia Beach native with over 40 years of experience in the multifamily industry with lease up and stabilized assets including acquisitions, dispositions and ground up construction consulting. Ruthe previously has held several positions including regional manager, asset manager, marketing director and operations director. While she has spent most of her years in the markets from Delaware to Florida, she definitely kept her eyes on the markets nationwide. During her career, Ruthe has worked for some of the industry’s most highly regarded management and development companies where she has proven herself to be a problem solver and a developer of talent. She has great strengths in budgeting, financial management, due diligence and marketing. Ruthe has received several industry awards, including executive of the year, twice from the Peninsula Apartment Council. She has been instrumental in encouraging training and leadership in the multifamily industry. Ruthe holds several multifamily designations.
