Bio
Rusty Stoeckel was awarded a BS in Management Science in 1973 from The Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. Stoeckel has been a licensed Real Estate Salesman since 1980 and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida since 1984, having entered the Commercial Real Estate arena in 1988 in Orlando. He is currently Director of Brokerage Services at Demetree Real Estate Services, Inc., a family-owned Real Estate Brokerage and Development company in the Orlando area for 50 years. He handles the commercial property portfolio at Demetree as well as 3rd party retail assignments, including site acquisition, retail development, project leasing, and tenant representation. Mr. Stoeckel has been directly involved in numerous retail lease transactions and many retail development projects both as a Landlord rep and Tenant rep. Current and previous assignments include Toojay’s Original Gourmet Deli, Dexter’s, Harmoni Market, Cold Stone Creamery, Maloney’s Tavern, Firkin’s Pub, Manhattan Bagel, Quiznos, Atlanta Bread, Raving Brands ( Moe’s Southwest Grill, Shane’s Rib Shack, and Planet Smoothie) and One Hour Martinizing. Mr. Stoeckle has a keen awareness of current and upcoming retail opportunities in the Orlando metro area and is very well connected with Retail Tenants. Mr. Stoeckel has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1995 and regularly attends its functions, including the annual Spring Convention in Las Vegas.
