Mr. Myers has over thirty seven years of experience in the Greater Cincinnati real estate market; as a partner with Tipton Associates, as a Senior Associate with The Staubach Company, as President of Cincinnati Capital Properties, Inc. Since forming Cincinnati Capital Properties, Inc., Mr. Myers has been involved in over 190 real estate transactions, with values exceeding $250,000,000. At Tipton, he was Senior Vice President in charge of the office portfolio which encompassed fourteen office and industrial buildings and three land developments. In his prior position as director of finance for the company, Mr. Myers placed over $115,000,000 in mortgages and sold over $79,000,000 in property.
