Rusty has been active in the Real Estate Profession for over 35 years. His experience includes Brokerage, Management, Fee Appraisal & Consulting, Property Tax Appraisal Evaluation & Appeal and Commercial Construction Monitoring. He is licensed by the State of Tennessee to practice under Broker License No. 208614 and Appraiser License No. CG 000967. He is also registered with the Tennessee State Board of Equalization to practice Property Tax Appraisal Appeal under Agent Registration No. 0069.
Rusty’s real estate experience includes roles in corporate management, local government and the private sector. He served as the Chief Real Estate Appraiser for the Williamson County, TN Assessor of Property (1977-1980), Manager and Chief Appraiser for the Commercial Valuation Division of Third National Bank in Nashville and subsequently SunTrust Bank (1990-2000), Chairman of the Williamson Co. Board of Equalization (1985-2000) and Principal Broker for Century Construction Company in Franklin, TN (2008-2012).
