Russell Rogers joined Colliers International (formerly Ostendorf-Morris), in the Office Services Group in 1993 and has been active in both lease and sale transactions. Russ has consistently been one of the top producers in the company. In 2004, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of the office Services Group.
Professional Experience
Russ began his career in commercial real estate in 1989 with CB Commercial, a national commercial real estate brokerage firm. Prior to that, Russ worked for Weston, Inc., owners and managers of more than ten million square feet of commercial property throughout the Midwest region of the United States as their Manager of the Office Leasing Division.

Russ has a strong background as a tenant representative, as he has represented major corporations as well as handled the marketing responsibilities for many significant downtown and suburban office buildings for local and institutional landlords. Russ has completed a variety of real estate assignments including lease/sale real estate searches for numberous companies in a variety of industries in the Cleveland area including: corporate offices, law firms, insurance agencies, general sales offices and medical organizations.
