In 1985, Russ Morgan founded and managed Precision Laser and Turf, Inc. As president he executed all areas of management from negotiating contracts to customer relations. During his 15 years with Precision Laser and Turf, Inc, Russ achieved business growth that included 40+ employees, over $2 Million in annual sales and over 1,000 customer accounts. His company received numerous industry awards and was recognized for above average profitability.
In 2000, Russ Morgan became a member of the J.L. Todd Auction Company. As a licensed auctioneer Russ participated in all aspects of the auction process. His many years of experience in customer service were recognized as he exceeded his sales objectives and maintained superior client satisfaction.
Russ Morgan became an Associate Broker in commercial real estate for Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate in 2004. Russ worked sales of commercial land, income property, and business brokerage. Russ achieved multi-million dollar sales volume each year and this led him to become a member of the prestigious Summit Club. His leadership and management skills gained him an appointment as Team Leader for Metro Brokers Commercial Brokerage Division.
Russ Morgan has completed his ALC, CCB and CBB designations. He is also an Instructor and Developer for CCB Land and Forms classes.
Russ Morgan is currently a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Business Brokers, Metro Atlanta Landscape and Turf Association, Asian Real Estate Association, International Real Estate Council of Georgia, National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, Georgia Auctioneer Association, National Auctioneers Association and Realtors Land Institute.
