Russ has over thirt years in the commercial real estate industry. He has worked and managed brokerage offices for CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, IESG, Colliers and now Newmark. He has completed leasing and sales transactions in excess of 8 million square feet in over 20 different states. He is a former President of NAIOP Tampa Bay, a former President of Leadership Tampa Bay, and is a Founding Director of FGCAR of Tampa Bay.
