In my current profession, I travel around the country to new markets with merely a few hours to analyze the local audience then develop a comprehensive marketing and sales plan while training diverse teams on how to promote and sell flexible term office space. Each unique market is definitely different and there is unfortunately no singular “secret sauce” – anyone that tells you otherwise hasn’t rolled up their sleeves and made sales from the trenches.
