Ruben is a native Floridian with Hispanic roots and a graduate of Florida International University. In 2018, Ruben joined Levy Realty Advisors and acquired his real estate license in order to assist with the management and leasing of the Lauderdale Lakes Industrial Park. After his first year with the company, Ruben was promoted and tasked with the responsibility of managing and leasing 500,000 square feet of retail and industrial properties in Miami Gardens. Prior to joining Levy Realty Advisors, Ruben worked in a diverse mix of customer service, sales, accounting, and warehouse operations positions. Ruben’s primary focus is on the management and leasing of the company’s properties in Miami, but he also handles any tenant representation assignments for the Miami-Dade County area.
