Roy Hirshland is Co-Chair of Savills North American Brokerage Board. He works alongside fellow Co-Chairs Joe Learner and Mark Sullivan to advance Savills growth objectives. Roy will be leading collaboration and cross-functional initiatives aimed at supporting the growth and success of the firm’s brokerage business. Roy is a passionate client advocate and will be ensuring the future of workplace and client outcomes is at the center of all Savills does. He will continue his vital work as the market leader for our Boston office and Chair of the Innovation Lab.
Since joining Savills in 2021, Roy has proven to be a key member of our leadership team. He played a pivotal role in launching the Savills Boston Studio concept, under which our Boson office has experienced significant growth, tripling in size during his tenure. Prior to joining Savills, Roy was the co-founder and CEO of T3 Advisors, the leading real estate workplace solutions advisor to life sciences and technology companies. He brings over 33 years of real estate experience and has managed projects and transactions representing over 10 million square feet of real estate across the globe. He built T3 with the confidence and partnership of leading advisors, CEOs, and investors to serve the holistic real estate needs of companies in the life sciences, technology, and innovation economy in general.
