Roy Seiji Amemiya, Senior Investment Specialist of Total Investment Real Estate Brokers, has ten years of experience in owning and managing multi-family commercial real estate. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Amemiya was with Westcore Industrial Properties where he assisted in the acquisition, asset management and disposition of 3.3 million square-feet of manufacturing, warehouse, and R&D properties.
With Total Investment Real Estate Brokers, Mr. Amemiya will be working to represent buyers and sellers in transactional real estate through the performance of due diligence, as well as analysis and marketing of multi-family, commercial and industrial properties for lease and sale. Mr. Amemiya will also be working with clients exclusively interested in the 1031 exchange of property and the upgrading and or disposition of their portfolios.
A native of Los Angeles, Mr. Amemiya was educated at California State University at Los Angeles where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics. Mr. Amemiya speaks conversational Japanese having spent years in Japan as well as conversational Spanish.
