Roxanne is focused on expanding the company's South
Florida retail agency leasing efforts and is based in the Boca Raton,
Florida office. Roxanne has a noteworthy portfolio of Landlord
representations which includes anchored shopping centers, upscale retail,
and pedestrian street retail.
Her background encompasses the leasing of new, existing, and
redevelopment retail and mixed-use properties including pre-leasing,
anchor and local tenant leasing, and outparcel sales and ground-leases.
She also has experience providing consulting services for new retail
developments, redevelopment services, marketing, budget forecasting,
and construction management.
With over 35 years of commercial real estate experience, Roxanne was
Vice President at CBRE and focused on providing representation to retail
tenants, owners and landlords in South Florida. Prior to that, she founded
ReCor Realty Advisors LLC in Boca Raton as President and Broker and
has also served as Director of Leasing with Schmier & Feurring Realty.
Roxanne has represented over 40 Landlords in her career, including
institutional, regional and local owners encompassing over 15 Million
square feet. Her expertise in anticipating an owners needs and gearing up
properties for market, makes the process easy and pleasurable.
