Roxanne Amoroso is the Senior Vice President for Incore Residential. Ms. Amoroso brings a wealth of experience in the finance and development of multifamily. Previous to her new position at Incore, Ms. Amoroso was a Senior Vice President for Banc of America Community Development Corporation for 12 years, overseeing the multifamily development activities in the State of Florida. During her career Ms. Amoroso specialized in multifamily and master development financial modeling, development strategies for large urban renewal projects for mixed use communities valued at $425 million to $1 billion in economic development, along with new, individual multifamily developments and acquisition and rehabilitation of individual multifamily properties ranging from $12 to $38 million. Ms. Amoroso’s projects have won national and regional acclaim through the National Association of Home Builders, Commercial Real estate Women, the Tampa Bay Business Journal, the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties. She has been an instructor for the past six years for the University of South Florida writing and teaching curriculum in Community Real Estate Development financial strategies and unique funding sources on public private partnership developments. She currently serves on the board of the Urban Land Institute and Commercial Real Estate Women.
