Roxana began her professional career in commercial real estate in 1980. Previous education consisted of Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Univ. of California at Los Angeles and San Jose State University. She has since earned a Broker''s License and a CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member)
Over the years, Roxana has represented LANDLORDS in the leasing of multi-tenant office properties from a small single story 9,600 square feet office-retail building to numerous 2-story 10,000 -30,000 square feet office multi-tenant properties, to mid-rise multi-tenant office towers of over 150,000 square feet (Severino family, Barry Swenson Builders, Lehman Bros, Prudential Realty Group, Perini Land & Development).
She has represented TENANTS of all sizes in acquiring new space or expansion/relocation sites from 1,000 square feet office or retail spaces, to 30,000 -80,000 square feet of R&D or manufacturing facilities (El Camino Hospital, University of San Francisco, Better Business Bureau, Mercury News, Sprint, Ziff-Davis) She has represented Banks (Wells Fargo, Citibank, Home Savings, Washington Mutual) in the disposition of their unused bank and office properties.
With Roxana''s help and guidance, INVESTORS have acquired leased properties, from single tenant office/retail buildings to multi-million dollar multi-tenant projects. And Roxana has represented OWNER-USERS in acquiring real estate for use in their business, from office condos, land, and retail buildings to large R&D or Manufacturing facilities (West Valley Properties, Barry Swenson Builder, Aromat Corporation, Goodwill Industries).
Besides commercial Real Estate, Roxana has been active in the ASVB(Association of Silicon Valley Brokers) since 1989 and supporting member of both the Cupertino and Sunnyvale chambers of Commerce, since 1980 & 2002 respectively.
