Having a detailed knowledge of the High Street, Rowen’s primary focus has been working in shopping center agency, asset management and re-purposing and has dealt with some of the UK’s largest and most dominant shopping centres for clients including Landsec, Westfield, British Land, Hammerson, Aviva, and Legal & General.
In addition to his agency skills, Rowen acts for several retailers, F&B and leisure operators with their expansion plans throughout the UK.
Outside of work, Rowen is a keen sportsman often seen running and cycling in the Essex countryside or walking muddy fields with his equally energetic Springer Spaniel.
