Speed, a native Austinite and Baylor alum who’s been submerged in the real estate industry for the last 12 years, has witnessed first-hand the many booms in Austin’s economy. After studying real estate and finance at Baylor, Speed obtained his Appraisal Trainee’s license and began honing his skills in the valuation of properties. Though not currently an appraiser, Ross still has the knowledge and expertise to educate his clients on one of the largest obstacles in the market. He has the experience needed to work with seasoned real estate investors, as well as the empathy to guide first-time home buyers through the hurdle-driven process of buying their first house.
