Ross is a graduate of the University of San Diego and has been a California licensed General Contractor and a Real Estate Broker since 1971. Ross has developed residential apartments and condominiums and has been selling and leasing commercial real estate in San Diego for the past 46 years. From residential income properties to industrial, office and retail properties, Ross has a long list of successful transactions. Ross’ knowledge of the intricate details of development, construction and commercial real estate dealings, coupled with his retailing experience, enables him to be an invaluable resource for the planning and implementation of new and redevelopment commercial retail and residential projects. He has structured numerous business and ownership partnerships and alliances for the purpose of business enhancement and favorable financing arrangements Ross is the CEO and Principal in Provenzano Resources, Inc. which creates, leases and manages specialty retail programs in Common Areas of Regional Malls, Lifestyle Centers, Municipalities and Airports, including the Denver International Airport. San Jose International Airport and the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, CA. He is the past President of Lava Enterprises, a manufacturing and retail company, who was prominent in the Gift Industry. Ross is the Past Chair of the Board of Directors at St. Augustine High School in San Diego. He is a founder, Director and Vice-president of the non-profit, Rise Up Industries,(www.RiseUpIndustries.org) which serves to assist previously incarcerated men re-enter society as a contributing citizen and is active in several Catholic Church ministries. Ross attributes his success to honesty, empathy and hard work, no matter the size of the project or the status of the client; he genuinely embraces each transaction as if it were his own.
