Ross Partlow is the owner of Partlow Properties & Investments which he founded in 2008. Ross graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 with a degree in Accounting. He began developing commercial real estate in South Texas and has since expanded into central Texas. He has developed all property types, including Land, Retail, Multi Family, Office, and Hospitality. He manages the entire development process including capital formation. He has successfully negotiated public-private partnerships in communities he has developed in. He specializes in identifying opportunities in markets, creating the vision and executing that vision. In addition, his team successfully manages the portfolio of assets developed and maximizes the investment return for investors.
Ross is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. He is a member of the Boerne Kendall County Economic Development Corporation and has served on multiple boards and committees including the Boerne CVB Advisory Board, the Boerne UDC Steering Committee, the Boerne Drainage and Storm Water Committee to name a few.
Ross is the proud father of beautiful twin daughters and most cherished moments are spending time with them. He enjoys deep sea fishing, golf, diving, and flying when time allows.
