Ross is currently the Head of Acquisition with Sage Investment Group in Kirkland, WA.
As Head of Acquisition, Ross is responsible for nurturing a network of brokers, wholesalers, and industry professionals to have a constant pipeline of incoming off market opportunities for new multi-family investment acquisitions. Ross works with his team of acquisition specialists working to bring inventory through analysis and into contract for final feasibility.
Ross is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington with Paragon Group, commercial and residential real estate. In addition to Ross' role as Head of Acquisitions, Ross work with investors and private home owners alike to facilitate real estate brokerage transactions and provide a seamless process for his clients within the Paragon Group Team.
With an organization structure that provides incoming clientele to the firms associated agents, Ross works with his clients to identify their needs and goals within real estate. Utilizing a wide array of strategies and marketing tools, Ross' team launches into action to create a perfectly listed home, an off market buying experience for retail shoppers looking for their next home without competition of a busy market, and/or financial analysis based decision making and recommendations for investors. Ross is also responsible for long term business development strategy and marketing campaign implementation.
