Bio
During his time leading the division, Brokerage has grown from approximately 3 million square feet of listed assets in central Indiana to over 11 million square feet spread throughout the country. He greatly enjoys the “deal process,” helping to bring owners and tenants together to form mutually beneficial deals, which includes everything from market surveys and research to details of the lease. In addition to leading Brokerage, Ross works closely with Cornerstone’s management, construction, development and acquisition teams, making him an important part of the company’s growt
Ross has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, and in his career, Ross and his team have completed in excess of $2.5B in transactions. His diverse background in property management and development help a wide variety of healthcare providers find the right real estate solution. Ross brings a strong perspective to all conversations that give him an understanding of everything from building operations to models and tenant improvement yield.
Ross’ main goal is to customize a deal that makes sense for each new client, specific to their needs—whether that’s a geriatric clinic, psychiatric hospital, addiction treatment group, primary care physician, dentist or beyond. This attention to detail and customer service is shared by the entire division, making Cornerstone Brokerage one of the leading Healthcare Brokerage operations in the nation.
Ross graduated from Purdue University. Outside of work, Ross and his wife can be found supporting their four daughters at soccer games, volleyball games and dance performances; but he’s also an outdoors kind of guy and an all-around tinkerer. Ross has been working on engines since he could walk, and he can fix just about anything.
