Bio
Rose Chiado specializes in apartment and investment sales, and through her partnership
with Jim Jensen and Ted Sipila, she provides investment and market analysis, brokerage,
and consulting services. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, she worked with the Seattle Rental
Group as a leasing specialist, as well as a commercial lending underwriter at West Coast
Bank.
Rose graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 2008, with a Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Administration, with a finance and economics concentration. She is currently
studying for her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
